I’ve known Matt Miller for 17+ years, he’s an amazing friend, charismatic, funny, social, easy to talk to, loyal, so loyal that as years passed, we became family, and I now call him a brother.
The reason I’ve mentioned the above is because I have recently experienced all of those qualities transition into his career as a real estate agent.
Initially, all I wanted from Matt was tips on how to start looking for a new place, I knew he had a lot on his plate. Matt immediately said to me “are you crazy, that’s what I do for a living, I got you” and oh did he deliver.

Matt is the best out there! He's fast, thorough, knowledgeable, and a joy to work with.
We were working with another realtor, who wasn't working for us and didn't have the kind of drive or tenacity we needed, when we got in touch with Matt. Due to uncontrollable life situations, we needed to be out of our house in just 30 days and needed to find something fast for a family of 4 and our giant cat. In the first 24 hours of working with Matt we had already seen 3 houses and were working on an offer for one of them. Even working with a deal on the horizon, he was more than happy to take us around to see 2 more houses to ensure we were buying the house we wanted, which helped immensely with our decision process. He was also able to work with the other realtor and negotiate for us to get a deal on a house that we could hardly imagine. We still find it hard to believe, but he did it! This guy is everything we needed and I can't possibly recommend him highly enough. He's also amazing at staying on top of deadlines and providing paperwork and reminders in a time when life is at its most hectic and stressful. In a world full of agents who are working for themselves and their pay cheque, Matt was a breath of fresh air, and exactly what we needed to find us a home in a time of emergency. I'll say it again, can't recommend highly enough! Five stars just isn't enough stars.
